We have an exciting opportunity for a well versed and experienced Site Agent to join our team on our long term framework of maintenance and civil engineering. This opportunity will require the ability to qualify for security clearance.
About you
- Previous experience of high quality insitu and precast concrete structures and steel fabrication.
- Performing the role of a temporary works supervisor / co-ordinator and exposure to implementing temporary works solutions.
- Management of safe systems of works and quality management.
- Excellent IT knowledge including use of AUTOCAD and Microsoft suite.
- Degree/HNC, or equivalent, in civil engineering.
- 3- 5 years previous civil structures experience at Sub Agent / Agent level.
- Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion.
- Focused on driving value out of design and improving on subcontractor tendered costs.
- Ability to track, monitor and manage commercial and quality change events.

- Ability to use initiative.
- Integration into a wider construction team.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Time Management skills.
- Enthusiasm and personal drive.
