Senior Project Manager
- Lead large and complex projects involving multiple parts of the organisation.
- Work with senior leaders to define what the project will deliver and what success looks like.
- Choose the right delivery method, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a Hybrid approach.
- Set up and manage governance structures like project boards and steering committees.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial controls.
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Work with Business Change teams to help people adopt new processes or technology.
- Track the benefits of the project and make sure they support wider business goals.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including external suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the project management community.
