About the Role
This is a senior-level opportunity for a solicitor who thrives on strategic thinking, complex casework, and leadership. You’ll be working on private family law matters, including:
Matrimonial finance and private child arrangements
Strategic case planning, negotiation, and advocacy
Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
Who Are We Looking For?
You’ll be a confident, empathetic, and highly skilled solicitor with:
7+ years PQE in private family law
A proven track record in litigation, especially in finance and child law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A sense of humour and resilience under pressure
A commitment to delivering a first-class client experience
