Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser based in or around South London to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.

This independent and directly authorised firm is looking for a new individual to join their thriving company. They always look to put clients’ needs first and are looking for someone with a like-minded approach to join their fantastic team.

They’re looking to hire at a sustainable rate, ensuring that when advisers join, they receive all the support they need, equally important is ensuring their positive culture and admirable values remain at the heart of the firm. With this in mind, this opportunity comes with a client bank ensuring the adviser can hit the ground running as well as ongoing leads.

They’ve an excellent lead generation model that they pay for, and this certainly keeps their advisers busy. With an in-house leads team that book meetings with hot conversable leads, it cannot be easier for the advisers to build a client base! You’ll also benefit from full compliance, paraplanning and administration support at no cost.

• 30% bonus paid monthly on business written/recurring income (post validation) 35% bonus on self-generated clients

Skills and experience required:

• Level 4 Diploma Qualified
• Experience of advising
• Must buy into firms beliefs, clients will always come first
• No need to have a client bank however advantageous to have a followingand networking abilities
