Recruitment Consultant Role – Professional talent sourcing & client relationship building
As a Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll play an essential role in identifying, engaging, and placing the very best talent, while building valued relationships with clients across diverse sectors. Your position will be pivotal in supporting both client businesses and candidates alike, ensuring the recruitment process is smooth, ethical, and successful for all involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively developing business by networking and forming lasting partnerships with both new and existing clients
Maintaining and growing a specialist candidate network to meet client hiring needs
End to end management of the recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, referencing, and offer management
Identifying opportunities for business expansion, contributing to overall team and company success
Collaborating closely with the Grafton and Marks Sattin teams, celebrating both individual and collective achievements
What we’re looking for
Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment – all sector backgrounds considered
Proven experience in winning new business and fostering long term professional relationships
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, solutions oriented mindset
Drive to work collaboratively and share in team accomplishments
