Office Manager
A successful Primary School in Bromley is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead its administrative function on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to play a central role in the day-to-day running of a busy school. The successful candidate will oversee office operations, support senior leaders and ensure all administrative systems are delivered efficiently and professionally.
The role will involve managing school administration processes, supervising administrative staff, coordinating communications and maintaining accurate pupil records. You will act as a key point of contact for parents, staff, governors and external agencies while supporting the wider leadership team.
Responsibilities include overseeing admissions administration, maintaining databases, coordinating school communications, organising meetings and events, supporting recruitment administration and ensuring compliance with school procedures.
You will also contribute to school improvement initiatives and help develop systems that improve efficiency and service delivery across the school.
