About Us:

A well-established mainstream primary school in Fulham is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their team. As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of the nursery-aged children. You will work closely with experienced early childhood educators to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and consistency in care and education.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and share this information with parents and caregivers.
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with nursery-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
