Office Manager Position in Richmond (Outstanding School)
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager for an Outstanding secondary school in Richmond. This Full-Time, Temporary position starts ASAP. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can lead the school’s administrative hub, ensuring that the "front of house" reflects the school's academic and aspirational standards.
About the School This school is a fantastic place to work, featuring a magnificent building and a scholarly atmosphere. It provides a well-ordered workplace where staff treat others as equals and very little learning time is lost to poor behaviour. The leadership team is deeply supportive and provides a technology-rich environment where staff wellbeing is a priority.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the school’s administrative team to ensure high-calibre service
Oversee the school’s daily operational logistics, including reception and post
Manage the Headteacher’s diary and provide high-level secretarial support
Ensure all school communications (newsletters, website) are professional and timely
Coordinate the induction of non-teaching staff and office volunteers
Salary and Benefits
Daily Rate: £130-£180 (Based on experience)
Temporary contract with potential for extension
