School Adminstrator (ASAP Start)
Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: £110 £130 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications) Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a skilled and motivated School Adminstrator to join a dynamic and supportive Primary SEN setting. This is a key role, providing high-quality financial and administrative support to the leadership team and contributing to the smooth running and overall success of the provision.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all financial procedures and regulations. Your work will directly support the provision s mission to deliver exceptional opportunities for young people to achieve and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial processes including invoices, orders, payments, and reconciliations

• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, and year-end procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, assisting with audits and statutory returns

• Liaise confidently with suppliers, staff, and external partners regarding financial matters

• Ensure all financial activities are compliant with policies, procedures, and best practice standards

About You:

• Experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within an education or public sector setting

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Confident user of financial management systems and Microsoft Office

• Effective communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
