The Work

• Lead and motivate our awesome team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage shift operations, ensuring we meet Raising Cane’s high standards in all areas.
• Open and close the restaurant, handle cash, and maintain inventory.
• Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and safety, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as scheduling, staff management, and reporting.

What You'll Need

• Experience: 1+ years in restaurant or retail management.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
• Availability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: GCSEs or equivalent preferred.

Desirable

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Familiarity with Raising Cane’s or similar restaurant concepts.
