Permanent, Full Time + on call telephone support on a rota system
Homebased with travel across London
£49,000-£50,000 + £3,000 car allowance
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the community? We’re looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team and manage a caseload of community care packages across England.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Clinical Lead . Part of Acacium Group, Ellea Nursing provides bespoke premium private care nationwide. We work with our service users to tailor care to support their exact requirements, no matter how unique their circumstances are. We provide holisitic support from professionals our clients can trust, whether it is temporary post-operative support, or a loved one requiring long-term palliative care in their own home, our team works with clients to create a care service tailored to their needs.
💡 About the Role
In this role, you will:
Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the service user and their family
Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the service user, their families and other health care professionals to ensure goals are patient focused, realistic and achievable
Produce standard and bespoke risk management plans for service users, ensuring any identified high risk is escalated and acted upon, working with other stakeholders to plan, monitor and review effectiveness of any plan in place
Be responsible for the delivery of client specific clinical training for staff within packages
Be accountable for ensuring all clients allocated are regularly reviewed in accordance with company policies, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and reflecting current organisational and national guidelines and standards

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For
A Paediatric or Adult Nursing degree with an active NMC pin
Experience in complex or critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
Experience managing clinical teams
Experience in a community setting
Bonus (but not required): Experience within the private healthcare sector
