SEN Teaching Assistant
SEN Teaching Assistant – Sutton Location: Sutton, London Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time / Long-termWe are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive school in Sutton. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them progress academically and emotionally.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with various SEN needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging, well-structured, and differentiated lessons. Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being. Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual student needs. Requirements: Experience supporting SEN learners (school, youth work, care, or similar). Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
