Administration Officer - GLA14215
Job Description
The council's members liaison unit provides a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires the individual to work as a team player, supporting the work of the members liaison unit. You should possess personal attributes such as willingness to listen and flexibility of outlook. You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and can organise and prioritise outstanding workload to ensure completion within set timescales. Duties will include dealing with correspondence in relation to members enquiries. This could be by letter, email or telephone. You will be required to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Once trained, hybrid working is available for this role.
