If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.ISS Facility Services - Education is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee and develop FM services across our portfolio.In this role, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of services within agreed financial parameters, while maintaining compliance with all operational and legislative requirements.Job DescriptionAs Contract Manager, you'll take responsibility for driving performance, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring services consistently meet and exceed targets.With a focus on quality, compliance, and people development, this is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.If you're a confident leader with strong commercial and operational skills, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and support to staff across all hard and soft services, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Build, maintain, and enhance strong working relationships with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor objectives and targets for the contract, producing and delivering business plans that meet current and future requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop individuals and teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues, teams, and clients through regular updates and meetings.
• Ensure services consistently meet and exceed agreed quality and compliance standards, driving continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain safe systems of work, conduct risk assessments, and promote a secure working environment.
• Manage financial and resource controls, including budgets, cost efficiency, stock levels, and wastage reduction.
• Actively promote innovation and identify opportunities for service growth, development, and business improvement.
  Extensive Technical Hard FM management experience.
• Formal technical qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline (City & Guilds or industry equivalent).
• Minimum HND in a Building Services subject, or equivalent experience.
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to understand and support financial and budget management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
