Department Manager
We are representing a globally recognised luxury womenswear brand, celebrated for its elegance, quality, and influence in the fashion industry. With a strong presence across UK high streets and shopping centres, plus significant growth in the US and Canadian markets, this retailer continues to expand its footprint and reputation. This is very much focused around assisted selling building trust through a 1-2-1 approach. As a department manager, you will take ownership of:
- Driving store profitability and operational excellence
- Leading your team to meet and exceed KPI targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service to inspire loyalty and repeat business
- Upholding health & safety standards to protect customers, staff, and the business
- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential
- Proven leadership experience in fashion retail
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- A passion for people development and delivering world-class service
- Salary up to £33,000 DOE
