- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, delivering exceptional food and service.
- Step confidently into the lead role when required, upholding the highest standards.
- Take ownership of kitchen administration, including stock control, ordering, allergens, and compliance.
- Oversee both fine dining and staff dining, ensuring excellence under pressure.
- Work hand-in-hand with both front and back-of-house teams to guarantee a seamless dining experience.
- Broaden your skills by cross-training across multiple kitchen sections.
- Proven expertise across all kitchen areas,
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
