Location: Stirling
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Contract Type: Temporary (on going)
Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Administrator based in Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where your tech-savvy skills and calm approach under pressure will be highly valued.
About the Role:
As a Temporary Administration Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build your experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment where your contributions will truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across various departments
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases using Excel
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts professionally
- Support with general office duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel skills - confident with formulas, formatting, and data manipulation
- Comfortable using various tech platforms and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Previous admin experience in a busy office environment
