About the Role
We’re on the hunt for energetic, skilled Line Chefs to join our brand-new cloud kitchen in Bermondsey. You’ll be cooking across three exciting new delivery brands featuring bold, flavour-driven fried and rotisserie chicken, plus functional smoothies, juices, and coffee.
Expect East Asian inspiration, contemporary food trends, and a kitchen that prizes quality, speed, and creativity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping and cooking to order for our fried and rotisserie menus
- Preparing juices, shakes, coffees, and functional drinks
- Maintaining high hygiene standards and following HACCP protocols
- Keeping stations clean, organised, and efficient
- Contributing ideas to menu evolution we love creative chefs
- Working closely with a small, passionate kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Strong interest or experience in East Asian flavours (big bonus!)
- Reliable, organised, and committed to consistent quality
- Barista experience is a plus
