A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for an XDP Intelligent Search - Enterprise Domain Architect to join the team. The Enterprise Domain Architect will lead the design and implementation of a Group-wide Intelligent Search capability, transforming search from a simple keyword-based lookup into an AI-powered conversational experience between users and information sources. This role will define the vision, strategy, and reference architecture for Intelligent Search, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development Establish a vision and strategy for group-wide Intelligent Search. Define the role of XDP as a platform within the strategy. Incorporate industry trends and emerging technologies into the roadmap. Develop an operating model for adoption and ongoing management. Architecture Design Create a future-state reference architecture for Intelligent Search across business units (BUs). Define transition paths for BUs to align with the reference architecture. Ensure architecture supports multi-modal search, contextual awareness, and explainable results. Delivery & Governance Advocate for lean, autonomous, and highly skilled squads with strong domain expertise. Enable fast deployment and scalability of Intelligent Search solutions. Establish governance frameworks for architecture compliance and evolution. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in enterprise architecture and domain strategy development. Strong understanding of AI-powered search technologies, natural language processing, and information retrieval. Expertise in reference architecture design, operating models, and transition planning. Familiarity with multi-modal search, contextual AI, and explainable AI principles. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with XDP or similar platforms. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems. Background in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments. Key Attributes Strategic thinker with visionary leadership. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
