Team Assistant
As the Team Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and organisation.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Support in organising events and team activities.
- Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
