Ongoing Temporary Private PA - UHNWI Principal
A UHNW principal is seeking a capable and highly organised Temporary Private PA to provide ongoing support across a range of personal and lifestyle matters. This is a busy and varied role requiring a proactive individual who can quickly establish themselves as a trusted right-hand support.
As the Temporary Private PA, you will manage diary scheduling, coordinate personal appointments, arrange travel and restaurant bookings, and liaise with household staff and external suppliers. You will also assist with personal administration, oversee property-related matters, manage invoices and expenses, and handle a variety of ad hoc requests on behalf of the principal. The role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who enjoys providing seamless support behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Private PA, Personal Assistant or Family Assistant, ideally supporting a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur or private household. You will be discreet, resourceful and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs. A flexible and hands-on approach is essential.
This is an ongoing temporary Private PA role in London with an immediate start available. The assignment is expected to continue for the foreseeable future, and there may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent should the relationship prove successful for both parties.
