  • Role: 2 weeks on/off (in a team of 3 nannies)

Job Description: We are seeking a second, extremely well-qualified, Rota Nannyto care for a very active 8 year-old boy in an UHNW family. The position working 2 weeks on/off in rotation with other nannies, ensuring continuous and seamless care for the child. Previous rota experience within HNW households is required as is an extremely high level of English and an EU passport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ~ Extremely high level of English with EU passport are essential requirements.
  • ~ Qualifications: Formal, childcare qualifications in Early Years Education.
  • ~ Experience: Previous rota experience working in formal HNW households (essential requirement), longevity in previous employment extremely important.
  • ~ Daily Care: Meet the child's needs from wake-up to bedtime, maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring his safety at all times.
  • ~ School Run: Escort the child to and from school (school term hours: 08:30 - 15:20).
  • ~ Planning Activities: Accompany the child to various after-school activities, maintaining his usual routine set by the other nanny.
  • ~ Mealtime Supervision: Supervise mealtimes, ensuring good manners and a varied diet.
  • ~ Bath and Bedtime Routine: Implement a structured bath and bedtime routine, fostering the child’s independence.
  • ~ Travel: Travel with the family worldwide during holidays, sharing responsibilities with the other nanny. The nanny will need to swim and entertain the child during travel periods. In London, the child will attend holiday camps.
  • ~ Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with the other nanny to ensure a smooth handover and transition.
  • ~ Attributes: Mature, energetic, caring, confident and physically fit.
  • ~ Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing plans and working locations.
  • ~ Teamwork: Ability to work alongside other household staff, including, security, housekeepers, a house manager/PA, drivers, chefs, etc.

Additional information:

  • ~ Accommodation: When on duty, the nanny will be provided with a private room on the top floor of the house.
