As a BIM Coordinator, youâll be at the forefront of managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between architecture teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit and related tools across all project stages.

- Provide training and on-demand support to team members on BIM workflows and software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to streamline project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and trackers for seamless information flow.
- Contribute to process improvements by integrating the latest digital tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role within architecture or construction.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with additional skills in tools like Navisworks or BIM 360 preferred.
- Proven expertise in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM workflow management.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve technical design challenges.
- A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and support diverse teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
