Post Production Manager
Description
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Post Production Manager to help run our Video Team.You’ll ensure edits are delivered on time, meet a high standard, and are correctly formatted.You’ll assign editors, plan workloads, review edits, and improve how we work.What you will do:- Plan the post-production schedule across all shows- Assign editors and manage freelance post staff
- Set clear deadlines and keep projects on track
- Review edits to ensure they meet our standards
- Work with Social Producers to improve clips and trailers
- Keep files and footage organised
- Improve how we store, share and review contentRequirementsWhat we’re looking for:- 2+ years in post-production or a similar role
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Experience managing editors and post workflows
- Confident using Premiere Pro and review tools
- Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
- Ideally, experience with YouTube content
- Bonus: Able to edit in Premiere Pro to a high standard
