- Lead and grow the Banking & Asset Management corporate tax practice.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and business development opportunities.
- Manage teams across tax advisory, compliance, and audit engagements.
- Oversee a portfolio of high-quality client work and ensure profitable outcomes.
- Act as a role model for junior team members, supporting their learning and development.
- Extensive experience managing corporate tax engagements in Banking & Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of business tax, international tax, and regulatory areas (e.g., OECD Pillar 2 – GloBE).
- Proven ability to manage financials, budgets, and client negotiations.
- Experience in team leadership and development.
- Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
