Mixed Tax Supervisor/ Assistant Manager - Watford, Hertfordshire

Tax Recruitment Specialists Clark Wood are working with a leading regional firm of accountants & tax advisers who are keen to recruit a Mixed Tax Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to join the growing tax consultancy team in their Watford, Hertfordshire office.

The type of work undertaken by the Team includes tax enquiry work, providing tax advisory support on corporate and property transactions, advising on business restructures and providing specific tax advice on a range of matters such as clearances, share schemes, SEIS/EIS investments, exit planning as well as R&D and capital allowances. Private client advice would centre on tax residence status, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and trusts.

Preparing complex personal, partnership, trust and corporation tax returns; Reviewing tax returns prepared by other members of the team; Supporting the team with other tax filings throughout the year including P11d’s, PSAs, ATED, Form 42 and EMI40 returns

The ideal candidate will be Newly CTA or ACA Qualified and will have relevant managerial skills as well as sound mixed tax knowledge and technical expertise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Senior or Assistant Manager to develop their skills and career within a leading independent firm.

Ideally you will be CTA / ACCA / ACA / ATT Qualified with relevant tax experience within a practice environment.
