One-to-One Teaching Assistant - Year 3 - Lambeth (Near Oval & Camberwell) Location: Lambeth - Near Oval and Camberwell Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, Long-term Salary: £90-£105 per day (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth , near Oval and Camberwell , is looking for a resilient and experienced One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a lively Year 3 pupil with Autism and ADHD . This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately .

• Work closely with a pupil who benefits from consistency and positive reinforcement

• Join a committed SEN team within a nurturing, well-managed school

• Access training and guidance from experienced SENCOs and external specialists

• Make a real difference in a child's academic and emotional development

• Provide tailored one-to-one support throughout the school day

• Implement behaviour strategies to help manage focus and energy levels

• Collaborate with class teacher and SENCO to adapt lessons and resources

• Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation

• Maintain clear structure, routines and provide a calm, consistent presence

• Proven experience supporting pupils with Autism and ADHD, ideally in KS2

• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, positive approach

• High levels of patience, energy, and resilience

• A proactive team player who can take initiative

• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
