What You'll Be Doing As a Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer, your responsibilities may include: Providing a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience for gym members Supporting members with their fitness goals, training needs and general gym enquiries Conducting gym inductions and helping members understand how to use equipment safely Supporting members with appropriate training programmes and exercise guidance Completing daily gym floor checks and ensuring equipment is safe and operational Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the gym Completing basic gym administration and operational tasks Following all required health and safety procedures Delivering gym floor support and group exercise sessions where required Creating a friendly, professional and positive environment for members Qualifications Required To be considered for the role, you will need: Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification First Aid at Work certificate - or willingness to complete the required training Enhanced DBS check - preferred, or willingness to undertake one A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and customer service skills Why Work With Us?
