Graduate Teaching Assistant – Croydon, South London Secondary School | £95–£115 per day | ASAP Start | Full-Time until July 2027 Horizon Teachers are working with a supportive and welcoming secondary school in Croydon, South London, who are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible until July 2027. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils across KS3 and KS4, assisting with lesson delivery, providing 1:1 and small-group support, and helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties. Based in Croydon, South London, this full-time role offers excellent experience in classroom management, pupil engagement and inclusive education. The ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant will: Hold a bachelor's degree, ideally from a Russell Group or leading UK university. Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in secondary teaching. Be confident supporting secondary-aged pupils individually and in small groups. Demonstrate strong communication skills, patience and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
