Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager – £38,900 including average bonus payout (based on 40 hours/week - higher if you work more than 40 hours)

Breakdown: £15.70 per hour + average £3/hour bonus!

Amazing work-life balance - mainly Mon-Fri daytime hours, with one evening per week and occasional weekend availability

We are looking for experienced  Kitchen Managers  to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

Our dream Kitchen Managers are / have:

• Friendly, nice people who take their work seriously!
  
• At least 2 years experience in a leadership role in a professional restaurant, ideally with a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen. Although it is more important to have the right attitude and get stuck in fast!
• A positive attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team, particularly when under pressure.
• Great personality - patient, understanding and with a passion for developing leaders around you.
• A passion for creating good, healthy, food
• People who want to grow their careers and learn more!
• A focus on constant growth and improvement
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that every ingredient meets the restaurant's standards and that kitchen protocols are followed meticulously.
• Food safety knowledge and best practices
• Capable of quickly identifying problems and devising efficient solutions, particularly under pressure during busy hours.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay Rate: £15.70 hourly + bonus of average £3 per hour
