Social & Influencers Placement Opportunity

What’s the role about?

We’re looking for someone who is creative and digitally aware to join our Social and Influencers team within Marketing. You’ll support content planning and publishing across Reiss organic social channels, follow emerging trends and engage with our community. Alongside the wider Marketing team, you’ll contribute to influencer research, gifting and campaigns, gaining practical experience across social content and creator partnerships

You’ll currently be in your second year of university studies and available to join us for a 52-week placement from Monday 28th June 2027.

Who you are

• Have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion and digital marketing industry.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with an awareness of influencer and digital culture.
• A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a good understanding of on-brand content.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, especially during campaign launches or influencer send-outs.
• Able to build strong relationships with internal teams, influencers and creators.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the planning, scheduling and posting across organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Helping create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram and TikTok, including video, imagery, captions, stories and reels.
• Tracking social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for the brand.
• Supporting community management by responding to direct messages and comments and engaging with followers.
• Monitoring performance analytics and assisting with reporting on social media KPIs.
• Helping identify and research potential influencer and creator partnerships.
• Maintaining and updating influencer databases and contact lists.
• Assisting with influencer gifting campaigns and send-outs, from ideation and logistics to follow-up.
• Supporting the drafting of outreach emails and tracking influencer campaign results.
