Director, Partner Marketing - EMEA
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
We're at the forefront of the data revolution, building the world's greatest data, applications, and AI platform. Our culture empowers everyone at Snowflake to innovate, create work with lasting impact, and thrive in a collaborative and value-driven environment.
Snowflake is looking for a Director of Partner Marketing, EMEA to shape and lead our partner marketing strategy across the region. This leader will serve as the critical connective tissue between Global Partner Marketing and EMEA Sales, Alliances and Marketing, translating global strategy and programs into focused regional execution, while bringing EMEA priorities and insights back into our global approach.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic judgment, operational rigor and cultural excellence. You will focus our resources on the partners and opportunities that matter most, ensure partner motions are deeply integrated into our core GTM priorities, and build a team and culture known for focus, accountability, collaboration and impact.
What You'll Do
Set the EMEA partner marketing strategy and priorities, aligning closely with Global Partner Marketing while determining where and how to activate across strategic cloud partners, GSIs, ISVs and other priority ecosystem relationships in the region.
Embed partner motions into Snowflake's core EMEA sales and marketing priorities, partnering with Sales, Alliances and cross-functional Marketing teams to integrate partners into our highest-priority campaigns, sales plays and growth initiatives, creating focused joint GTM motions that drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities and strengthen strategic partner relationships.
Be the regional extension of Global Partner Marketing, operationalizing and scaling global programs across EMEA, adapting them where needed for regional market and partner dynamics, and ensuring EMEA insights help shape global strategy and investment.
Activate global partner programs across EMEA to educate and enable our ecosystem, ensuring partners understand Snowflake's latest innovation, solutions and GTM priorities and have what they need to take them effectively to customers.
Build, lead and nurture a high-performing partner marketing team, establishing clear priorities, ownership and operating rhythms while developing great talent and a strong, collaborative culture.
Drive partner activation and joint selling motions, using global programs and regional GTM priorities to create demand, generate opportunities and enable Snowflake and our partners to win together in the field.
Drive focus, investment discipline and operational rigor across EMEA partner marketing, prioritizing resources and partner funding, against the highest-impact opportunities. Establish clear measures of success, strong governance and accountability with global teams, internal stakeholders and partners to optimize investment and demonstrate business return.
Shape and execute EMEA partner event and sponsorship strategy, including partner packages for Snowflake flagship events and strategic sponsorship opportunities with partners, ensuring investments strengthen key relationships and deliver clear business impact.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
12+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with significant experience in partner, ecosystem, alliance, field or GTM marketing within enterprise software, cloud, data or AI.
A track record of leading partner marketing strategy at scale, ideally across a complex EMEA ecosystem including hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs and strategic technology partners.
Experience successfully connecting global strategy with regional execution — scaling global programs while representing regional business, field and partner needs back to global teams.
Strong strategic and commercial judgment — able to separate the important from the merely urgent, make clear choices about where to invest, and connect marketing strategy directly to business outcomes.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior Sales, Alliances and Marketing leaders to integrate partner motions into broader GTM priorities and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Experience driving partner enablement, activation and joint-selling motions, with a strong understanding of how marketing helps move partners from knowledge and engagement to customer demand and revenue.
Experience managing partner funding, co-marketing investment and MDF/PDF programs, balancing strategic investment, operational governance and measurable return.
Exceptional operational rigor: you establish clear goals, operating rhythms and accountability, use data to make decisions, and know how to turn strategy into repeatable execution.
A reputation as a strong people and culture leader who sets a high bar, develops talent, builds trust, encourages candid debate, and creates an environment where teams do their best work.
Excellent communication and executive influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across partners, functions, countries and global teams.
This is an opportunity to shape how Snowflake goes to market with some of the most important companies in the technology ecosystem. We're looking for a leader who can connect global strategy to regional opportunity, integrate partners into the heart of our EMEA GTM, and bring the focus and operating discipline to turn that strategy into meaningful business impact.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
