Mobile Vehicle Technician – Mobile Service Division

What You’ll Do

• Follow a digital schedule of pre‑booked appointments.
• Perform routine servicing and comprehensive vehicle safety checks.
• Run diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
• Carry out in‑depth repairs normally performed in a workshop.
• Provide members with clear advice and recommendations based on your inspections.
• Order parts and manage paperwork through the organisation’s mobile service platform.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.

Working Conditions

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week – core hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with one Saturday in four.
• Competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of any applicable London weighting), with on‑target earnings up to £57,000.
• Guaranteed overtime option after the first month – £30 per hour for extra rest‑day work.
• Fully equipped mobile van, fuel card, uniform, complete tool set and advanced diagnostics provided from day one.
