Product Manager, Supply

Let's Do This
London

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to join one of our Supply teams, whose mission is to make Let’s Do This the best place for organizers to manage their events and participants.

You’ll focus primarily on our Registration Platform, which plays a critical role in enabling organizers to launch and manage their events on Let’s Do This. But your work will also extend across multiple product surfaces where required to solve problems and meet organizer needs.

This role requires having a longer-term, holistic view of the product we need to build to create an amazing experience for a wider pool of organizers, while delivering impact incrementally to ensure we can acquire more organizers across the world.

You’ll be crucial in ensuring that every feature we ship speeds up our rate of acquisition and makes it easier and easier for event organizers to join us on our mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a strong understanding of organizer problems and existing workflows, using this insight to prioritize the highest-impact changes.
  • Work closely with our Sales & GTM teams and our Organizers to understand the needs of our existing event organizers and also those in our sales pipeline.
  • Cross functional collaboration with engineering, design, and data to build high-quality features in our Registration Provider product, improving its functionality support varied organizer needs whilst creating a delightful user experience.
  • Balance incremental improvements that speed up organizer acquisition today with strategic investments that reduce complexity and technical debt.
  • Leverage AI tooling and technologies to drive efficiency and scale, and build differentiated products organizers love.
  • Partner with other Product Managers to ensure we’re creating a seamless and holistic experience for organizers across the platform.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in product (product management, software engineering or product design role), with some experience working on B2B products
  • 6+ years of total work experience
  • Comfortable defining KPIs and success metrics for your team
  • Have experience in user- or client-facing roles, and able to balance product realities with sales acumen to keep organizers happy throughout the onboarding phase.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and are highly collaborative, working fluidly with go-to-market teams as well as the engineers and designers in your team to translate user needs into technical solutions.
  • Technical & product confidence to push and challenge designers and engineers on your team
  • Comfortable (and excited) to get into the detail, both in terms of specific organizer needs as well as the product and technical implementation of solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills—you love breaking down messy workflows into clean, extensible systems.
  • You’re comfortable balancing short-term iteration with long-term product thinking and technical complexity.
  • Familiarity or experience with AI products or tooling, whether to improve internal processes or build impactful product solutions.
  • Passion for our mission of getting people offline together, and helping organizers succeed at scale

Who We Are

Let's Do This is the online company that gets everyone together offline.

We exist to inspire people across the world to come together and experience moments that make them feel alive. We’re currently going after mass participation sports events (Marathons, Triathlons, 10Ks, 5Ks, swim races), where we’re proud to be the global leader.

We’re at a super exciting and rapid stage of our development. We now take over 1.5 million bookings every year, driving growth for our industry from large-scale races like the UK’s London Marathon Events and the Great North Run to hero races like the Hackney Half, Peachtree Road Race, the London Triathlon, or grassroots races like those from RunThrough.

We’ve grown exponentially in the UK since our launch in 2017 and are now in the process of expanding within the US market with the same energy our brand represents. We’ve raised $90M to date and were the fastest growing company on YCombinator, and our investors also include Tier 1 VCs NFX, EQT, and legendary individuals Serena Williams and Usain Bolt.

How did we do it?

With an exceptional team. The Let’s Do This team brings in experience ranging from London’s fastest-growing start-ups to the world's biggest tech companies, including Facebook, Google, Deliveroo, King and Skyscanner.

We’re passionate about finding fantastic talent to add to an already extraordinary group. We encourage applications from people from all walks of life, as we know that diverse perspectives fuel innovation and creativity. Join us in making a difference with your unique experiences.
