Your Role & Responsibilities
- Inspiring and Engaging Teaching – Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring all students make strong progress.
- Creating a Positive Learning Environment – Foster a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom atmosphere where every child feels encouraged to succeed.
- Assessing and Supporting Student Development – Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Working Collaboratively – Engage with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to share best practices and contribute to school-wide success.
- Building Strong Relationships with Parents – Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child’s learning and progress.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is passionate about KS2 teaching – A creative and enthusiastic educator who enjoys bringing lessons to life .
- Has experience in Key Stage 2 – Ideally, previous experience teaching Year 3 or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum .
- Is an excellent communicator – Able to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents .
- Is committed to student success – Dedicated to ensuring all children reach their full potential through differentiated teaching and support .
- Is a team player – Willing to contribute to wider school life and work collaboratively with staff.
