There is a critical shortage of affordable housing across the UK. We partner with Local Authorities and institutional investors to acquire and manage high-quality, demand-driven homes across multiple tenures.

At the centre of our Living Sector is PPHA, the Group’s Registered Provider, which delivers Section 106 and grant-funded Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership homes. By working collaboratively with our partners, we are increasing the supply of quality affordable housing where it is needed most.

PPHA’s north star is to create homes for more than 8,000 families and individuals by 2030, helping to address the housing crisis while delivering sustainable, long-term returns for our investment partners.

Core Mission

Your core mission is to facilitate efficiency, ease and significant growth within the organisation - supporting the CEO and the Operations team to get more done, faster.

You will support the CEO directly, protecting his bandwidth by owning the detail, follow-up and exploratory work beneath current and future-facing ideas.

Additionally, you will support the Operations and AI Manager to upskill the team, find small automations and wins, build tools that make people’s lives easier, and help transform HSPG into an AI-native business.

This is a high-trust, execution-focused role. Not a yes-person, not a shadow executive, but a force multiplier who is genuinely excited about what AI can do.

You are a problem-solver energised by technology, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by the idea of helping shape what an AI-native property company looks like from the inside.

Specific experience

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability welcomed, but not essential.
• Sound knowledge of AI with enthusiasm to learn more.
• Proven experience of using AI to automate a workflow or build a useful tool.

Progression

Deliberately open-ended. Strong performance could lead toward an AI and operations track or a closer Founder’s Associate path with the CEO.

• CEO time materially protected from research, admin and follow-up.
