Operations Workforce Strategist

We are excited to be recruiting for a Operations Workforce Strategist' to work at Leisure sites across London and surrounding areas.
Location: 3 days a week site based Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + car/travel allowance + Bonus Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities:- Work on-site at various catering locations, observing staffing levels and identifying inefficiencies
- Collaborate with General Managers and operational teams to develop smarter staffing solutions
- Ensure rotas are aligned with sales forecasts, adjusting for demand fluctuations.
- Support teams in understanding and implementing best practices for workforce planning
- Collaborate with Finance Managers and Location Accountants to ensure accurate labour reporting and accountability
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to operations teams on effective labour management
- Seasoned operator with finance experience with a deep understanding of workforce planning in multisite catering environments
- Strong commercial mindset - able to balance labour efficiency with service delivery
- Hands-on approach, willing to spend time on-site working directly with teams
