The Role
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Teach KS5 where appropriate.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, resilience, and academic success.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress through high-quality teaching and effective feedback.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students and ensure every learner can achieve their potential.
Contribute to the wider life of the department and school community, including enrichment activities where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching across KS3 and KS4; KS5 experience is desirable but not essential.
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people.
Is committed to raising achievement through engaging, high-quality teaching.
Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Has the legal right to work in the UK.
