On Senior Lead AI Product Manager - Inventory Optimization & ML Allocation
- Own the Engine -
- Take command of our current real-time inventory visibility and inventory allocation system, stabilizing its performance while masterminding its evolution into a world-class ML platform.
- Lead the ML Transition - Partner directly with Supply Chain Operations to build trust in algorithmic decision-making and guide the seamless transition to a fully automated, ML-powered model.
- Design the Brains - Partner closely with our Data Science & AI teams to architect and guide the development of ML optimization engines, optimizing first allocation (initial launch placement) and balancing the cost of over- vs. under-allocating across our global channels.
- Build the Future with AI Agents - Create and deploy real-time AI agents that scan news, social media, and market signals, automatically rebalancing our inventory ahead of the curve.
- Champion True Product Leadership - Drive a clear vision and strategy for your domain, empowering our science and engineering teams to solve foundational business problems with cutting-edge technology.
- A Proven Product Leader - You have 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, with a strong background in both Supply Chain Optimization and Machine Learning.
- A Systems Thinker - You have a proven track record of migrating complex legacy or heuristic systems to sophisticated, ML-driven models that listen to and connect with different systems across the tech landscape.
- Scientifically Minded --You work closely with Data Science & AI teams, diving deep into data and optimization models, probabilistic forecasting, and weighing trade-offs like over- vs. under-allocation for first allocation.
- An AI Visionary - You possess a strong grasp of modern AI capabilities, from NLP and processing unstructured data to building autonomous, decision-making workflows.
- Outcome-Obsessed - You are a true product person who focuses on measurable business outcomes, continuous discovery, and leading with a clear "why."
