Ad-hoc Temporary Receptionist - Luxury Boutique Investment Firm
We are seeking a polished and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide ad-hoc cover for a luxury boutique investment firm's Mayfair office when the primary Receptionist is on holiday or absent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a luxury hospitality, private office or high-end corporate reception background.
Based in a small, beautifully presented office of six employees, you will be the face of the business, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience and maintaining exceptional presentation standards. Cover is primarily required when meetings are taking place (typically three per day), making this ideal for someone flexible and service driven.
Receptionist Duties:
- Meeting and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms to impeccable standards
- Offering refreshments and supporting a seamless guest experience
- Keeping kitchen and communal spaces well-presented and well stocked
- Supporting with light administrative and front-of-house duties as needed
Ideal Receptionist:
- Previous experience in luxury reception, boutique hospitality or polished corporate environments
- Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills
- A proactive and highly organised approach, ready to step in and hit the ground running
- A warm, professional manner with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility to provide holiday and short-notice sickness cover, including cover required from mid-August to early September
