Reapit – Who are we?

Reapit is the original, end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents to build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology connects property professionals in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords to power the relationships that change lives.

In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Reapit’s market-leading technology product suite provides estate and lettings agents with powerful tools covering lead generation, sales, lettings, property management, block management, client accounts, key management and analytics, underpinned by a robust, security infrastructure.

Worldwide, Reapit technology is used by over 78,000 agents in more than 15,000 branches, with over a million properties under management; enabling them to run their businesses, identify opportunities for growth, manage their properties, collect rent, communicate with their clients, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, every time.

What you’ll be doing:

As part of the Reapit Training Team you’ll be involved in:

  • Preparing and delivering learning material to clients and to new Reapit colleagues, ensuring required standards are met and project requirements are covered

  • Complete basic and more complex training needs analysis as required

  • Maintain manual and online training records as required

  • Work with customers to ensure and optimise their operational investment, specifically targeting our Top 15 to create bespoke training plans and deliver measurable success.

  • Work with other internal teams to collaborate on training plans

  • There is a need for intermittent travel depending on requirements

Who we’re looking for

At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering structured training programmes and professional training materials for a variety of audiences.

  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis, learning methodologies, and adapting delivery styles to suit different learner profiles.

  • Knowledge of UK Estate Agency operations, processes, and compliance requirements (highly desirable).

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and evaluate training programmes.

  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360, or similar) to create engaging and interactive training assets.

  • Strong digital literacy, with the ability to leverage technology and data to enhance training effectiveness and learner engagement.

  • Competence in using CRM systems (estate agency CRM experience strongly preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead and influence large groups, both in-person and virtually.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Passionate about continuous learning and development, staying up to date with best practices in training delivery and learning technologies.
