Year 3 Teacher
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Pinner, Harrow is seeking a Year 3 teacher to join the team after February half term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, building strong foundations and creating a positive classroom culture.
Role: Year 3 Teacher
Start Date: After February half term
Location: Pinner, Harrow
Contract: Full time – initially through to July
Salary: M1 – M6 (Outer London Pay Scale)
Responsibilities
* As the Year 3 teacher, plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress
* Support pupils transitioning into KS2 through clear routines and structured expectations
* Use assessment to identify next steps for learning and support pupils of all abilities
* Build positive partnerships with families and collaborate effectively with colleagues
* Contribute to consistent standards and pupil development across the school
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience as a Key Stage 2 or Year 3 Teacher
* Able to build a fair, respectful and encouraging learning environment
* Committed to consistent communication and professional collaboration
