Attendance & Welfare Specialist role in Croydon (ASAP)
A prominent secondary academy in Croydon is seeking a proactive Attendance & Welfare Officer for a full-time role starting ASAP. This position is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys building strong relationships with families to remove barriers to learning and ensure every student is safe and engaged.

Requirements
Experience in a welfare, social work, or attendance-focused role.
A compassionate yet firm approach to communication with parents and students.
Proficiency in tracking data and producing welfare reports.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
