Drive Salesforce Success – Consulting & Implementation (Contract)

• Deliver end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycles for clients at Con, Scon, Pcon, or Partner level.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
• Lead or support the configuration, customisation, and delivery of Salesforce platforms for digital transformation.
• Advise on best practices in Salesforce CRM, automation, integration, and data management.
• Cultivate strong, trusted client relationships and act as a key point of contact on major account assignments.

Consulting Experience – Salesforce Projects & Industry Expertise

• Extensive experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or project management.
• Background in delivering Salesforce solutions within enterprise, technology, or professional services sectors.
• Proven capability in contract, interim, or freelance consulting roles focused on digital platforms.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Consultant, Architect) are highly desirable.
• Understanding of public sector or regulated environments is an advantage – but not essential.

Key Skills – CRM Delivery, Client Engagement & Technical Excellence

• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to translate client needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce core cloud products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, or relevant integrations).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills in multi-location settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of collaborative, diverse project teams.
• Adaptability in managing concurrent contracts and shifting project priorities.

Location Flexibility – Salesforce Contract Consulting in the UK & Germany

• Contract opportunities primarily based in London, Birmingham, Berlin, and Munich – with hybrid and remote arrangements available.
