Brand Success Manager - Ethical Fashion Marketplace

The Brand Success Manager will report into the Senior Manager of Brand Community & Success and play a vital role in the development of our Brand Partnerships team, being responsible for owning relationships with a cohort of brands and supporting the Wolf & Badger business with brand expansion. You will contribute to the brand’s success strategy, driving commercial capability to optimise support, retention, performance and revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in this exciting next stage of growth for Wolf & Badger as the leading platform for independent ethical brands.
This role is hybrid with a combination of remote and in-person working with our London team out of our head office in Soho. You will be expected to work in person 3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Account manage and support a cohort of our growing collective of brands, building individual relationships with our largest “Pro” brand accounts and overseeing the general performance of others to ensure their success on our platform
- Act as primary point of contact for category specific brands, providing guidance on opportunities to improve their storefront, provide updates and guidance on driving KPIs and revenue growth opportunities as well as answer other ad hoc enquiries
- Run regular reviews with Pro brands, covering performance and relevant category and platform insights and advising on opportunities to drive further revenue growth
- Identify commercial and process improvement opportunities on how we deliver account management for our brands
- Collaborate with various Wolf & Badger teams in London, NY and LA to support in answering brand queries efficiently
- Manage cross-functional brand improvement initiatives with wider teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Events and Customer Service
- Work closely with the rest of the Brands team (across the UK & US) to share insights and opportunities, with a goal of improving ways of working and outcomes for our brands
- Track, analyse, and communicate key success metrics and trends to ensure KPIs are being met and present these during weekly team meetings, monthly leadership reviews and org-wides
- Attend in-person events, particularly brand networking events, to meet with and best support brands of all sizes on our platform
- Drive the sign-up of relevant brands for our stores by collaborating with store teams to gather insights on top-performing products
- Leverage our network of brands to onboard new store brands, monitor their performance, and use this data to inform future sign-ups and in-store strategies
- Refine the Brand Success strategy, processes, and contribute ideas to improve performance across the business to better enable brands on our platform
- Present key success initiatives and findings to senior stakeholders, advocating for changes in ways of working or suggested improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Product & Engineering teams to help drive the product roadmap and improve the brand dashboard and tools to further enhance brand success
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management / client success, ideally with a retail/ecommerce/marketplace platform or similar tech platform focused on small to medium sized customers/brands
- A self starter, willing to roll up their sleeves - organised and thoughtful in terms of always looking for opportunities to improve processes and play a strategic role
- Exceptional communication, team work and presentation skills (able to build presentations in Google Slides, leverage AI tools etc.)
- Commercial knowledge: know your key performance metrics and what is important to drive sales and how to do it
- Proficient in using data reporting tools (we use Looker)
- Analytical and data driven - can define KPIs and measure progress/success
- Highly empathetic with a strong desire to help independent ethical brands to be successful and grow
- Knowledge and experience with a CRM tool (we use Hubspot)
