Salary: 45000 - 55000
Reports to: NPD Manager

Are you passionate about food development and excited by the challenge of scaling up new products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Process Technologist to join our dynamic team and help bring our products from concept to launch!

As a key link between product development and production, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest technical and quality standards, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale-up & Manufacturing Development: Lead the smooth transition from product concept to full-scale production, ensuring technical and quality standards are consistently met.
• Continuous Improvement: Challenge current processes and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality across the factory.
• Development & Technology: Help introduce new technologies that support our Product Development Strategy.
• Factory Trials: Plan, organize, and execute factory trials as part of the NPD and EPD programs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Technical, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of changes.

We're looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and well-organized individual with a passion for food and manufacturing. You should be a true 'foodie' with a solid understanding of fast-paced food production and an eye for consistency. Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing within FMCGs, ideally in an NPD, Process, or Development Technologist role.
• Knowledge of food production processes, including raw material preparation, extrusion, frying, baking, sheeting, and flavouring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
