Event Host
We are seeking an Event Host to join our exciting Rapport Team within our prestigious client, who focuses on providing flexi-workspaces with exceptional service. Working with a team of 4, an Event Host plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional event experiences across their premium venues. This role combines hospitality, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless and memorable events for clients and guests.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating engaging event experiences and contributing to the vibrant community.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, offering a warm welcome, providing information, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to oversee event setup, manage timelines, and ensure all elements align with client expectations.
- Venue Management: Ensure event spaces are prepared to the highest standards, including cleanliness, functionality of equipment, and appropriate ambiance.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during events, maintaining professionalism and ensuring minimal disruption.
- Post-Event Duties: Assist with breakdown and clean-up, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and contribute to post-event evaluations to inform future improvements.
