Receptionist (London)
Sigma AI is a global training data collection, preparation and annotation services company. With 30+ years of experience in the data annotation space, we support companies with the right mix of people, processes and technology to train smarter AI that serves humans better.
We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist for our office. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude toward learning, and the ability to handle a high workload effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and registering visitors in the different databases.
- Manage incoming calls in a professional manner, effectively attending to the needs of callers.
- Supervise and effectively manage office resources.
- Perform various general administrative tasks.
- Supporting other departments if required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven background in administrative roles.
- Availability for either a full-time or part-time position
