A well-established secondary school in Hounslow is looking to appoint an organised and professional HR Officer to support its busy school administration and leadership teams. The school has a strong reputation for creating a positive working environment and is committed to ensuring that both staff and pupils receive the support they need to succeed.
The Role
The HR Officer will provide day-to-day support across the school's human resources function. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews, monitoring staff absence records and supporting the administration of employment documentation. You will also help ensure that staff files and compliance records are kept up to date, including relevant safeguarding and vetting information.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR or administrative position and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Experience within a school or education setting would be beneficial.
