Salary: £27,192 + Service Charge (up to £600 per month)

What you will do as a Host/ess

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system.
• Assist guests to their tables, ensuring smooth seating flow and optimal service rotation.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff about guest needs and table status
• Provide accurate wait times and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Keep the host stand and reception area clean and inviting.
• Assist with light front-of-house tasks as needed to maintain exceptional service standards.
